The firm operates a centralized Operations Excellence Center responsible for strategic oversight, compliance, financial reporting, and technology integration. This hub is supported by a vetted network of local "boots-on-the-ground" service providers-including property managers, maintenance crews, and regional legal advisors-ensuring responsive, localized execution while maintaining centralized control and consistency.

BizCloud employs a integrated suite of property management, accounting, and reporting technologies, complemented by meticulously documented operational playbooks. This combination enables scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready management of both entity-level compliance and asset-level performance.

Role in the Passive Doors Fund Structure:

Within the Fund, each wholly-owned Asset-Holding LLC enters into a dedicated Management Services Agreement with BizCloud. In this capacity, BizCloud is responsible for:

Day-to-day operational and financial management of subsidiary LLCs

Implementation of property-level business plans

Coordination of maintenance, leasing, and capital projects

Consolidation of performance data for reporting to the General Partner

Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance at the state and local level
