Passive Doors LLC (The Manager)
• Role: General Partner and Investment Manager.
• Responsibility: Sole discretion over all investment decisions, capital allocation, and investor relations.
OneEstateOS (Technology Platform)
• Role: Provider of the integrated technology stack.
• Responsibility: Powers deal sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, and the investor portal.
BizCloud Solutions LLC (Operating Partner)
• Role: Appointed Manager for each individual Asset-Holding LLC.
• Responsibility: Executes all property-level operations, including tenant management and maintenance.
